We start with a free on-site walkthrough. The executor or family walks us through what stays, what goes, and any items of sentimental or monetary value to preserve. We provide a flat-rate quote for the full scope. On job day, our crew works efficiently and respectfully, asking before removing anything we're uncertain about.
Donation handling
For estate work specifically, we document what gets donated and to which charity. We can provide itemized donation receipts from our 501(c)(3) partners — useful for estate tax purposes. Our regular partners are Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Salvation Army, St. Vincent De Paul, and Snowline Hospice.
Working with realtors
When you're prepping an estate home for sale, every day on the market matters. We can do full cleanouts in 1-2 days for most single-family homes, leaving the property broom-swept and ready for staging or showing.
